Danny Karabinas

Danny Karabinas has worked in the Property & Asset Management industry for over 12 years as the Director of BFG Asset Management. He has been responsible for overseeing the setup and management of Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Retail and Mixed Use Strata Schemes.

With strong knowledge in all areas of Property Management, Building Practices and Strata Management, Danny sees his holistic approach to property as being a strong point of difference for BFG.

Danny holds a Bachelor of Business and a Diploma of Building and Construction (Building). He is also a Registered Builder (DBU) and a Licensed Estate Agent.

Palé Sione

Palé is currently the Operations Manager for the Owners Corporation Team at BFG and has experience managing properties ranging from Residential, Commercial, Industrial and Mixed-Use. With prior experience working in the Construction and Insurance sectors, Palé provides important strategic guidance to her team and clients regarding building maintenance and insurance compliance.

Palé is an outstanding communicator and is known for her excellent organisational and time management skills. She is dedicated to reviewing and improving systems and processes for her team, which helps her to finetune the services that BFG provides to clients.

While supporting the needs of her strata management team keeps her more than busy, Palé continues to work directly with some clients. Palé has particular expertise in working through complex strata management issues and is adept and communicating with clients, committees and contractors to ensure best practice outcomes for all parties.

Richard Buick

Richard started with a background in project management before starting with BFG in 2016, he has leased house & land & medium density projects all over Victoria with the bulk of his experience in the state’s growth corridors.

In the last 6 years he has built up a wide range of experience and over seen an explosion of growth in the rent roll, Richard has an eye for detail when selecting tenants and believes in work ethic with a friendly approach.

Renee Dunstan

As the Operations Manager for the rental and leasing team at BFG, Renee plays an integral role in overseeing the day-to-day activities of our property managers, leasing agents and administration team.

Renee is one of the longest-serving team members at BFG and has worked across several parts of the organisation. Beginning in 2016 as an Assistant Property Manager, she quickly progressed to become a Senior Property Manager before taking on Training and Client Coordinator responsibilities and finally becoming Operations Manager.

Renee’s experience across a wide range of roles makes her an asset to the team. She understands the needs of our clients and is responsive and dedicated to her role.
