Danny Karabinas

Danny Karabinas, Founder and Director of BFG Asset Management, brings over 15 years of expertise in Property and Asset Management. He has managed diverse property portfolios, including Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Retail, and Mixed-Use Strata Schemes, earning a reputation for his holistic approach that combines Property Management, Building Practices, and Strata Management.

Danny specialises in defect rectification, building repairs, and preventative maintenance, ensuring properties are maintained to the highest standards. His strategic advice and tailored solutions have positioned BFG Asset Management as a trusted industry leader.

A natural leader, Danny pairs technical knowledge with a client-focused approach, fostering strong stakeholder relationships and delivering outstanding results. He holds a Bachelor of Business, a Diploma of Building and Construction (Building), and a Certificate IV in Property Services (Operations).

Palé Sione

Palé oversees the Owners Corporation Team at BFG, leveraging her experience in managing Residential, Commercial, Industrial, and Mixed-Use properties. With a background in Construction and Insurance, she brings valuable expertise in building maintenance, insurance compliance, and operational excellence.

Her previous role in a builder’s maintenance department honed her skills in defect rectifications and post-construction works, giving her a practical understanding of building operations.

Known for her exceptional communication and organisational skills, Palé is dedicated to refining BFG’s systems and delivering efficient, client-focused services. She also works with select clients on complex strata matters, fostering collaboration and achieving outstanding results.

Richard Buick

Richard joined BFG in 2016, bringing a background in project management and a strong focus on organisational and strategic planning. With extensive experience in leasing house and land packages and medium-density projects in Victoria’s growth corridors, he has played a pivotal role in expanding BFG’s rent roll over the past six years.

Richard’s attention to detail, market insight, and tenant selection expertise help maximise client returns while maintaining high property standards. Known for his professionalism and approachable nature, he combines a results-driven approach with a commitment to fostering strong client and tenant relationships, making him an invaluable member of the BFG team.

Renee Dunstan

Renee Dunstan oversees the day-to-day operations of BFG’s Rentals and Leasing team, managing property managers, leasing agents, and administrative staff with expertise and dedication.

A long-standing team member since 2016, Renee’s career at BFG has progressed from Assistant Property Manager to Senior Property Manager, then Training and Client Coordinator, before her current role as Operations Manager. Her broad experience across these roles gives her a deep understanding of the business and the ability to anticipate and meet client needs.

Known for her leadership, responsiveness, and commitment, Renee is a key contributor to BFG’s success and an invaluable asset to the team.
