Breaking Of Lease​

If a renter wishes to vacate before the end of their fixed-term agreement, they may do so, provided all rent is paid until the property is re-let or the lease term concludes—whichever comes first. The renter is also responsible for the letting fee and advertising costs associated with securing a new lease.
