Rent Arrears

To minimise financial risk, a one-month bond is held with the Residential Tenancies Bond Authority (RTBA) at the start of each tenancy to protect against rent arrears or property damage. We closely monitor rent payments and promptly follow up on any late payments under the Residential Tenancies Act.
