Routine Inspections​

Routine inspections are a key part of our proactive management approach. We conduct the first inspection within the first three months of a tenancy, and every six months thereafter, in accordance with legislation. A detailed report is prepared following each inspection to assess the property’s condition and identify any maintenance needs.
