Richard has been a valued member of the BFG team since 2016, bringing nearly a decade of experience, consistency, and leadership to his role as Head of Department – Leasing. He leads the Leasing division with a clear focus on results, client care, and building lasting relationships with both rental providers and renters.

Richard oversees the full end-to-end leasing process from advertising and enquiry management to screening applicants and securing the right tenant, ensuring every property is leased efficiently and professionally. His calm and approachable nature, paired with strong market knowledge, has made him a trusted go-to for clients and colleagues alike.

With a background in both leasing and new business, Richard offers a unique perspective that strengthens BFG’s service offering. He’s also a key mentor within the team, supporting training, development, and setting the standard for service and communication across the department.
